2.4 8slot reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 8slot may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8slot account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your 8slot account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you or conducted fraudulently by a third party following a breach of your account security.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on record. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes. 4.5 Funds deposited into your 8slot account are held in trust for gaming purposes. 8slot does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — are subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱50, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero.
5.1 8slot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotions to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. 5.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal. 8slot reserves the right to specify different wagering requirements for individual promotions.
5.3 Bonus funds and promotional credits are non-transferable, non-cashable, and may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses unless expressly permitted.
